Measures to improve impersonal relation among different department of managers in the organization

1. There should be mutual understanding among the members. Every manager of different department plays a significant role to compete the task.
2. Sharing environment should be there. Manager has a ability to share the information to all the managers of different department.
3. All managers should treat business task as their own task.
4. Organize a schedule team- building event for the manager by which they can communicate with each other which result into help in developing cordial relations.
5. Encourage team work through formal and informal team building activities; arrange a company oriented outing such as bowling or mini golf or involve the office manager in a team based charitable activity.
6. Maintaining a open line communication among the managers. It is essential step in improving the relations.
7. Respect to other’s feeling, religion and custom because if managers respect to each other than there is a lesser chance of arising risk.
8. They should work as a family member if they all work with this spirit than no dispute arises in the business.
9. All departments are important. If there is any dispute arise among the member. It directly affects the objective of the company. Therefore there should be co-ordinate and co-operation among the members.
10. Manager should have a trust on each other.
