Measures to improve impersonal relation among different department of managers in the organization
- There should be mutual
understanding among the members. Every manager of different department
plays a significant role to compete the task.
- Sharing environment should be
there. Manager has a ability to share the information to all the managers of
different department.
- All managers should treat
business task as their own task.
- Organize a schedule team-
building event for the manager by which they can communicate with each
other which result into help in developing cordial relations.
- Encourage team work through
formal and informal team building activities; arrange a company oriented
outing such as bowling or mini golf or involve the office manager in a team
based charitable activity.
- Maintaining a open line
communication among the managers. It is essential step in improving the
relations.
- Respect to other’s feeling,
religion and custom because if managers respect to each other than there
is a lesser chance of arising risk.
- They should work as a family
member if they all work with this spirit than no dispute arises in the
business.
- All departments are
important. If there is any dispute arise among the member. It directly
affects the objective of the company. Therefore there should be
co-ordinate and co-operation among the members.
- Manager should have a trust
on each other.
