Wholly Owned Company

risk arise because a individual person can not be manage it properly.

It also increases
the high operating cost in front of company.
· All are
investment made by wholly company individually which is very difficult to
manage.
· At the time of
establishing a wholly owned company in foreign country, they face various
challenges like planning, organizing and designing structure of the company.
· They also have a
challenge that how to allocate resources, how to use money and how to manage
all the personnel because they are concern with different – different culture.
